Desintegrator DG 100

The DG 100 is a reliable and compact ultrasound laboratory device. It is very easy to use and extremely versatile. The microprocessor controlled ultrasound processor can be used for a wide range of applications, some of them shown under ultrasound solutions. It is ideally suitable for investigation and research activities in the entire area of sonochemistry research.

The ultrasound generators are designed for constant amplitude control (over the entire load range from idle run to nominal load and fluctuations of the main supply) and fully automatic frequency tuning under all load conditions and sonotrode changeover. Since the oscillation amplitude represents a characteristic process parameter, it is essential to keep the amplitude constant druring operation in order to achieve comparable and reproducible results.
